Well right now, your CV will show that you've been a Senior Civil Engineer in one of Vic's largest Engineering Consultancies, pulling projects in excess of $500 Million for the last 2 to 3 years. You've worked for the "big name" clients in teams of 15 to sometimes 25 engineers.
But that's as far as it goes. Lets face it, staying where you are, that's pretty much as far as you're going to get. Why settle for that?
I have a client, willing to let you move up, make decisions, contribute, and let you have a direct impact on the overall direction and success of the company. You won't be considered as a number, instead you'll probably develop a office nickname within weeks.
Leading primarily Land Development and Road projects across all sectors, you'll be given the opportunity to manage and control teams of 5, have one on one meetings with the Directors, and have the opportunity to benefit from company profits!
