The new Geotechnical Engineering Centre is co-funded by Golder Associates, Rio Tinto, AngloGold Ashanti, BHP Billiton and The University of Queensland.
The roles Up to seven academic positions are available in the new Geotechnical Engineering Centre within the School of Civil Engineering. Remuneration $70,676 – $75,876 p.a. (Level A); $79,861 – $94,834 p.a. (Level B); $97,829 – $112,803 p.a. (Level C); $151,735 p.a. (Level E); plus up to 17% super. Postdoctoral Research Fellows are 3–5 year full-time,
fixed-term appointments at Research Level A or B, depending on experience, skills and qualifications. Lecturers/Senior Lecturers are full-time, continuing appointments at Level B or C, depending on qualifications and experience. The Chair position is a full-time, continuing appointment at Level E and an attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, subject to the qualifications, skills and experience.
