Project Orientated Team Structure
In House Temporary Works/Design Engineers
· Beneficial to your accuracy and efficiency in preparation of estimates, allowing you to liaise with team members internally, instead of subcontractors. This also adds to the company effectiveness and true engineering services offered.
· A bonus to the project based organisation, and key to you keeping busy, is the arrangement where if there are no suitable projects in QLD, you begin work on other national or international projects.
· When you finish a project, and are ready to move on to the next one, you are the first point of call in building a new project team.
Your expertise are put aligned with a new bid, before employing resources nationally to build the appropriate team.
