Civil Field Engineers/Coordinators
Description:Our Fort McMurray client is looking for two Civil Field Engineers/Coordinators for an oilsands project for a long term contract.
Duties:
- Management of asset data from Oilsands operations and projects.
- Experience in maintaining content of an equipment database.
- Experience in identification of project deliverable risks and suggestions for risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience with liaising between Maintenance, Operations and engineers as needed.
- Experience with equipment tag development and collaboration within the tagging conventions.
- Provide leadership in reading and interpreting drawings
- Utilizing issued master equipment lists, complete missing data based on drawings, other information sources and /or physically finding this information from site walk downs.
- Escalating or making data corrections where errors are found.
- Arranging necessary transportation and site permits where walk downs or site audits are required.
Qualifications
Degree or techinical diploma in Civil engineering
Minimum 3 years field engineering experience
Experience working turnarounds, shutdown, and/or project maintenance work, ability to work with minimal supervision on complex projects
A proven track record of excellence in safety and job completion
