Claims Admin Specialist - 90 day temporary position

Job Duties: The Claims Admin Specialist will provide and help with functional support services and support delivery of effective and reliable claims services. The purpose of this role is to process payments and bills for two teams along with other miscellaneous processing needs. Improve processes within the company to increase the level and quality of service provided to customers Document any interactions and communications with customers/brokers and pass information to relevant areas of the business unit and claims staff for review and processing Provide accurate and timely assistance to all external and internal contacts to deliver highly responsive customer service Support delivery of effective and reliable claims services Process bill or claim payments, new business, and losses to enable the effective management of financial and business activity Job requirements: * Commitment to work a 90 day temporary project, working 8am to 4:30pm * HSED or GED * At least 2 - 4 years recent experience in a claim/clerical processing capacity with demonstrated achievements in progressive responsibilities * People Management skills with the ability to supervisor and develop at team * Strong communication skills including phone, written, and in person * Analytical and report writing skills * Problem solving skills * Organization skills with the ability to plan and manage own workload and workload of team * Thorough knowledge of claims processing and work flow Minimum Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
