Claims Administrator - Pet / Veterinary Experience

We are currently recruiting a Claims Administrator to join a team of advisors in the Pet Insurance Claims department of a large Insurance company based in South Hertfordshire. The role will involve you assessing technical pet claims, being the technical point of contact for all departments regarding veterinary claims, underwriting of new pet policy applications, liaising with veterinary surgeries, updating customer records, dealing with telephone enquires and general administration within the department.

They require a candidate with strong administrative skills and a confident, helpful telephone manner with excellent communication skills, sound letter writing skills and a team player.
