HAYS Accountancy and Finance are assisting a public sector body in the recruitment of a Claims and Monitoring Officer for a funded project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Claims and Monitoring Project Officer within the Community Sector.
The successful post holder will assist in the issuing of project Letters of Offer, processing of grant claims and undertaking Monitoring activities.
Main Responsibilities of the Role will include the following:
- To assist with the implementation of the development of the project.
- To validate claims received from the project, applying appropriate eligibility.
- Monitor the progress of projects in receipt of support and produce regular performance reports on achievement against agreed targets and spend as required.
-Operate and maintain the programme's central computerised database as required.
