We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Claims Assessor to take the next step in their career with CommInsure Direct Life.
Reporting to the Direct Life Claims Manager, you will be integral to the successful delivery of customer service and operational excellence across Direct Life Claims as you use your skills to assess our customers' claims whilst always aiming to provide exceptional customer service, through the life of the claim.
You will add value to the business through excelling in customer service, and ensuring business objectives are met by:-
- Bringing your existing claims assessing experience to the team
- Management of processes with an end-to-end customer view and to agreed service standards.
- Active engagement in a high performance culture in line with CommInsure's vision and values.
- Efficient use of resources resulting in the achievement of targets.
- Continual review and improvement of business practices and processes.
- Adherence of CBA policies.
- Efficiently working within claims policies and Delegations of Authority
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following essential skills:
- Pro-actively assess and manage a portfolio of claims utilising a variety of case management and investigative methods.
- Provide excellent customer service within agreed service standards.
- Generate or find unusual or different solutions to problems or opportunities.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity management.
- Develop good client relationships.
- Work effectively in a team environment, share information provide support to other team members.
- Proactive involvement in projects
- Ability to establish sound relationships with stakeholders
- Commitment to first point resolution
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should havea minimum of 1 year's claims assessing experience.
You will also have strong analytical skills and commercial acumen which enable you to understand and resolve claimant's enquiries.
You will also have the ability to effectively build and manage relationships and the personality that enables you to easily engage with people. This will be supported by a proven track record of claims assessing experience with strong foundations in providing excellent customer service.
