The successful applicant will have a strong customer service focus, previous sales experience and exceptional time management skills. You will be technically competent, with a sound understanding of the insurance industry and previous claims experience. You will ensure service standards are achieved by providing an end-to-end claims service, processing the claim, maintaining all appropriate documentation, interpreting and effectively communicating conditions and policies, identifying risks and negotiating the best outcome for all parties.
With high attention to detail and strong communication skills, you will be a team player with a professional approach. The ability to multitask, assess all situations and respond appropriately, whilst meeting strict deadlines will be fundamental to your success.
