SIMS Claims Services is a claims management service which supports the claims for our Swiftcover brand. Swiftcover and SIMS are both distinct brands that operate under AXA Personal Lines. The relationship between Swiftcover and SIMS has been influential in the growth of the personal lines business and SIMS will be instrumental in supporting our ambitions in the direct insurance market.
We are now looking for a Claims Investigator / Advisor to join our Technical Claims Validation Unit in our Tonbridge office. In this role you will investigate fire and theft motor claims.
We are looking for experienced investigators, ideally within Motor Insurance, with the ability to question and detect false claims.
The role
This role will involve:
- Investigating and validating theft and fire motor claims
- Interviewing claimants
- Repudiating claims or referring them for further investigation
- Achieving targeted cycle times
- Managing your own portfolio of cases
- Ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded
- Providing excellent customer service
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
The role holder will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous claims investigation experience, preferably within Motor Insurance
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details

- Ability to work to and achieve deadlines

- Minimum of Maths and English GCSE Grade C
