Claims Operations Manager

Full Job Description

You will be requiredwork closely with the management team for the company`s claims function.. The role will encompass technical management, strategy, change management, client service and delivery and relationship management with suppliers. The role will also involve a varied workload and play a pivotal part in the future strategy of the company`s claims initiatives. You will not be handling any claims, but will be a central part of the team and manage the administrators who support the adjusting team.

You will have considerable experience within the London Market claims arena, and will ideally be in an operational management position currently. You will be able to demonstrate your ability and track record in analysing and interpreting information as well as managing people and process to ensure efficient services.

A well established Insurer in the Lloyds market.

£40,000 - £50,000.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
