Claims Service & Retention Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims, Service and Retention Manager to join a vibrant team in Slough on a permanent basis. 

This role sits as a part of the Senior Management Team and reports to the General Manager and includes management of claims, service and retention functions including supervising a team of Customer Service and Retention Agents.

Experience required includes leading and managing the delivery of outstanding service to customers with excellent people management skills and a strong knowledge and understanding of Financial Conduct Authority operational guidelines preferably within a regulated call centre environment. You must also have experience in delivering agreed key business KPI's 

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in claims, service and retention and strong management skills in addition to having an in depth knowledge of FCA.
