Claims Team Leader – Life Insurance recruitment

The Life Insurance claims area is responsible for the assessment of claims across all life risk products. To assist the development and strong growth of the life insurance claims department, we are looking for a Claims Team Leader, to be based in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the National Claims Manager, you will be required to assist with the mentoring and development of the claims assessors; review and management of contentious claims; dealing with complaints; and assistance with the ongoing development of best practice claims management principles.
