Our client, a growing and successful security company has a job for a Finance Administrator to join their tight-knit finance team.
This position involves supporting the finance function with multiple and simultaneous projects currently occurring and the successful candidate will have to possess exceptional communication skills in order to liaise regularly with project managers. You will be responsible for tracking progress and financial status of various projects.
A good understanding of financial processes; invoicing, costing, quotations and financial reporting and analysis is essential as well as a highly organised and methodical approach to work. You will be required to process data and information required by the management team as well as regular contact with clients regarding invoices and quotations.
System skills that would be beneficial include SAP, Timegate, E-change and Oracle as well as being proficient in using Microsoft excel.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a sound financial background who has experience within a project focussed environment.
