Volt has partnered with a leading company in Laguna Niguel to help identify an experienced Clean Room Technician for a leading medical device manufacturing company. In this role you would be responsible for: setting up balloon forming machines in a production environment, read and interpret work orders to manufacture product to specifications, perform diagnosis of condition of the product by performing a series of standard tests, demonstrate ability to read documentation in order to manufacture any product in given functional area, document initial condition of product and components, demonstrates knowledge of tools and equipment necessary to manufacture product in functional area, ensures tools are used and maintained in compliance with routers and test methods, maintain accurate records of work performed and products produced, identify areas for improvement in product manufacturing and recommends solutions to supervision, assist in training as assigned, identify safety issues in the workplace and recommends solutions for improvement; maintain work area appropriately in the controlled area, complete necessary documentation thoroughly, ensure compliance with Quality System requirements, wear required Personal Protective Equipment as needed. Hours are 5:00am-1:30pm plus overtime. Pay is $15/hr. Position is temp to hire. Don't miss out, submit resume today.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 3 years production experience in the medical device industry experience. Experience setting up balloon forming machines is highly preferred. Must have excellent communication skills
