Clean Tech M&A Analyst recruitment
The firm provide advice on mergers acquisitions and private/public placements as well as research and asset management to a diverse range of clients. They have a great pipeline in place and 2011 was a record year, which they expect to exceed in 2012. The group are experts in the technology space, specialising in areas including clean tech, digital media, eCommerce, gaming and online marketing amongst others.
The successful candidate will:
- Have 1 to 3 years of corporate finance transaction experience with an investment bank.
- Be experienced in or have an interest in the Clean Tech space.
- Be familiar with all aspects of the deal process and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in additional European languages would be advantageous.
