We are urgently looking for a Marketing Loyalty Program to start
a contract as soon as possible to a transportation company.

 

 

Start:          ASAP

Duration:     Contract of 6 months

Location:     Brussels

 

Job Description:

 

You will:

-     
Participate to the definition
and the set-up of the marketing strategy and operational of the program;

-     
Assist the manager in:

o    The operational management of the customer program: The Card;

o    Analyze, definition, follow-up and installation of the futures
internal evolutions, with technical suppliers;

o    The management tools linked to the fidelity program (Internet
site, user’s interface, mailing tools, CRM tools, reporting);

o    The management of relation between suppliers and partners
(Search and proposal negotiation).

 

Detailed mission:

 

-     
Insuring the operational
follow-up of program, monitoring the daily operations and relation with the
technical resources;

-     
Insuring the operational
follow-up and installation of animation plan of program (web based) and
customers’ lifecycle via integration of newsletters, emails and Site update;

-     
Insuring the follow-up of
relations with your different colleagues (CCT, customer’s service, partner’s
team, CRM, E-Ticketing,…) and external partners (technical resources,
Communication’s agency, suppliers,…);

-     
Insuring the follow-up of
program’s indicators, frequency/referencing of site;

-     
Collaborating in the
definition of the technical and marketing programs, the definition of
evolutions, follow-up of developments and tests;

-     
Collaborating in the
integration of evolutions in the fidelity program: Impact’s analysis, tests and
follow-up;

-     
Collaborating in the
integration of the CRM: Set-up, actively participate in the testing program,…;

-     
Insuring the back-up in the
team;

-     
Insuring the training for the
program.

 

Profile:

 

-     
Bachelor or Master in
Marketing or Commercial Sciences;

-     
Marketing skills, or
mastering of Relational Strategy elements;

-     
Technical minded in the daily
management of a fidelity program, to manage the linked tools and understand the
database architectures;

-     
Skills of MS Office and HTML;

-     
Polyvalent, and well organized;

-     
Rigorous, methodologic,
analyze minded, listening capacity and negotiation skills;

-     
Autonomous and synthetic;

-     
Creative, Initiative and team
worker;

-     
Languages: French (Perfect)
with an excellent knowledge of English, Dutch or German.
