Position Details Position: Clerical Assistant Location: Simi Valley, CA Full-time Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday Length: Varies based on position; however most roles are approximately 3-6 months Pay Rate: Dependent Upon Experience Required Skills/Qualifications Must be PC literate ? Microsoft Office 2007: Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent Data Entry skills ? 10k-12k kph; assessments required Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and with a sense of urgency Must have experience working in a corporate environment. Would prefer someone with loan/mortgage experience but it is not required HS Diploma or equivalent Able to pass a 10 year criminal background check Able to meet daily performance goals Job Summary/Primary Responsibilities Performs administrative tasks to support the operations group. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work. Can resolve problems related to correct procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager.
