Clerical Support/Customer Care Specialist

The Clerical Support/Customer Care Specialist will performs a variety of administrative tasks that supports outstanding customer service and the best possible experience. - Answer telephones to provide desired information for clients and inquirers - Maintain on-line records to ensure completeness and accuracy - Maintain on-line database to ensure completeness and accuracy - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite - Greet walk-in clients and the general public - Interact with clients and the general public by conducting initial conversations with provided guidelines - Deliver high quality customer service - Develop and maintain customer relationships - Deliver a great experience to the general public - Other administrative tasks as needed - Must be willing to travel within a 20 mile radius - Must be willing to submit to a background check - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor degree preferred - 3-5 years retail team leader experience or customer service team leader experience preferred Comprehensive Benefits offered - Medical/Dental Insurance, Life Insurance and ADD, and 401(k).
