They are currently looking for a Claimant Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join their Derbyshire based Personal Injury Team and will reporting to the Head of Department.
Claimant Clinical Negligence Specialist – Key Duties:
- Reporting to the Head of Department
- Run a varied Clinical Negligence only caseload
- Business Development activity
Claimant Clinical Negligence Fee Earner – Qualifications and Experience:
- Comprehensive and up to date detailed knowledge of Clinical Negligence law and related civil procedure
- The ability to assess the merits of new enquiries and risk assess cases as they develop together
- Ability to run Clinical Negligence claims including complex maximum severity cases to trial
- Sound knowledge of business development techniques in the Clinical Negligence field and an awareness of the local and national market and trends
