Client Account Administrator
£15,000 PA, with bonus up to £16,500

Our client is a highly regarded leading South Manchester employer which has been established for over 50 years. They are seeking a Business Client Account Administrator to cover varied duties from administrative order processing to handling client customer service queries. All duties require a pro active approach to work and aswell as enthusiasm and a positive attitude. The primary focus of the role is to deliver a first class level of service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction to business clients.

Key duties

·         To provide high level of customer service and administrative system support to key accounts/business clients.

·         Prepare quotes for customers and assist with administering quote preparation

·         Handle calls efficiently and be a point of contact for clients and other areas of the business

·         Support customer needs on documentation requirements

·         To take ownership of the SAP customer database to ensure the database is accurately maintained

·         Enter orders on to the SAP system and gain an understanding of the SAP reporting process to allow accurate reporting to customers

·         To take ownership of complaints, returns and other issues affecting customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

Ø  GCSE’s including English and Maths

Ø  Ability to build customer relationships

Ø  Excellent communication skills telephone manner

Ø  Experience within a similar role

Ø  SAP knowledge is preferred but not essential
