Client & Account Management
We currently have a position available, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, which will suit a Fixed Income specialist who enjoys working with and building relationships with a large institutional client base.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Providing value-added expertise (workflow solutions, consulting, guidance and learning) to end-users
- Building relationships with end-users by understanding and fulfilling their business needs whilst driving revenue retention among existing clients.
- Hold responsibility for a ‘book’ of business (including retention, growth, training and customer engagement), directly aligned with the account team.
- Providing market insight back to local and regional teams to help drive and grow business.
You will possess:
- 5yrs+ Fixed Income experience gained in a bank, broker or related company
- Strong customer service skills with sales experience an advantage
- Proven ability to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Presentation and training skills an advantage
