Client Account Manager, Insurance

Our client, a global top performing asset manager, has a new opportunity for an experienced Insurance Client Account Manager.

Candidates will come from a Client Account Management capacity dedicated to Insurance clients acting as a key contact for a portfolio of clients, their advisor's and auditors for all non-investment related queries.

Acting as advocate for a portfolio of clients, the Client Account Manager will work across the business to resolve client queries and oversee all operational matters for an assigned portfolio of clients working closely with legal, compliance, risk, product, and on-boarding teams for example.

Working closely with the on-boarding team, Client Account Managers will be accustomed to co-ordinating all aspects of transitions such as account opening and closing for their portfolio of clients as well as providing support to clients relating to operational processes, internal policies, and validation of instructions.

Client Account Managers will be knowledgeable across KYC documentation and Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities working closely with the internal AML team.

Acting as the subject matter for our clients’ Insurance business, candidates will demonstrate a detailed understanding or will be willing to develop a deep knowledge of regulations (in particular Solvency II), market constraints and insurance client type specific issues.

This is an exciting client facing opportunity where you will contribute, attend and present at client meetings for both existing and prospective clients. Candidates will be educated to degree level, coming from a similar client account management capacity and asset management background.
