The Client Account Manager will join our Team in the daily development and maintenance of client accounts through superior service to our diverse client base of Health Providers. This position requires:

Our system is an Internet based practice management software solution for the health care industry. It has been recently released and we are expecting rapid growth. Our clients are located throughout North America.

Our Client Care Specialists work from our Calgary office, although occasional travel to client sites or conferences may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Care Specialist will help develop and maintain client-focused relationships through impeccable emails, polite and professional phone calls, web conferencing, and office visits. The successful candidate will assist in training new clients, setting up accounts, managing an existing client base (including their websites) and resolving issues.

This is not a sales position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, and other Internet based programs.
• Skilled at organizing and preparing documentation.
• Completed post-secondary education, either a university degree or college diploma.

Our ideal candidate will be a new or recent graduate from Arts, Science or Commerce who is at the beginning of his or her career. We value enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things. The ability to adapt quickly and respond professionally to clients will be critical.
