CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER Job in Geneva, Switzerland
The United Nations International Computing Centre (ICC) is seeking motivated, qualified Account Managers.
Working within the Customer Relationship Management Section, you will have the responsibility of acting as a single point of contact for key Client accounts. This includes:
- Managing the end-to-end Engagement Process for new services
- Strengthening the partnership with the client organization
- Understanding the client ICT strategy and identifying and promoting new services
- Coordinating the contractual relationship between the client and ICC
- Pre-sales and post-sales support
- Managing proposals and monitoring contracts
- Monitoring the alignment of services requested with those delivered
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction and quality of service
