Our business line Asset Management in Frankfurt am Main is looking for a:
Client Account Manager (m/f) – Asset Management
Your Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact and coordination for KAGs (Kapitalanlagegesellschaften) and custodians as well as for internal clients
- Negotiation of contracts in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Project Management; Institutional Client Service participates in all projects affecting German clients, including system enhancements, product and new procedure developments
- Administration of accounts, e.g. openings and closings, transitions, cash flows, guideline maintenance
- Ensure that requested and confirmed client reporting is delivered in time and coordinate set up of reporting
- Keep oneself updated on legal environment to initiate corresponding updates in contracts and to identify areas of improvement for J.P. Morgan Asset Management
- Acting as back-up for the Retail Client Service area
Professional Profile:
- Apprenticeship in banking; university/ business school degree is a plus
- Sound experience in a similar relationship management role ideally with exposure to an international environment
- Solid knowledge on the German financial and institutional fund industry and the relevant legal structures and regulatory requirements; knowledge of mutual fund industry is a plus
- Good knowledge on all MS Office products
- German native speaker with fluent written and spoken English skills
