Client Account Manager recruitment
In this position you will ensure that Key Clients are managed efficiently and that all clients are provided with Market Information on a regular basis. You will meet with clients on a monthly basis in order to help improve their knowledge of the company's offering as well as their access to relevant information.
Your relationship with Key Clients will allow you to offer a business consultancy service in order to improve technological and client service aspects of their correspondence with the firm, such a relationship will also provide the opportunity to identify new business potential that can be relayed back to the firm.
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have a solid understanding of the products and services offered within the UK Institutional and Retail market with this understanding having come primarily from your familiarity of the IFA and Institutional business model. You will have experience within a similar position within the financial services industry along with extensive experience of account management.
