Client Account Manager recruitment

A Global Software Vendor based in the City is looking for a Client Account Manager who will undertake a key role in implementing and supporting the company’s suite of products, as well as resolving issues raised externally by clients and internally by other employees.

The role entails working directly with Relationship Managers, as well as the Sales, Client Services and Product Development teams to assess clients’ business needs and ensure that a quality service is delivered to them within budget. The candidate must have up to date knowledge of the Investor Relations Industry and be able to educate and train new and existing clients on new services, products and product enhancements. Further, they must identify additional revenue opportunities within their assigned client base and work collaboratively with the Sales team to close new business, whilst also communicating client feedback.

The successful candidate must have experience with intelligence products such as FactSet Workstation, Bloomberg, Thomson One or Ipreo, a strong command of financial services terminology and a comfort level with multi-media and technology products. Previous experience in account management and financial services is required for this permanent role.
