We are architects of the No 1 Video Sales System for Car Dealers.
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for office-based Account Management personnel at our offices in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Working with the majority of the AM Top 100 Automotive Dealership Clients, the Account Manager/Executive needs to be able to offer first class customer service and be able to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
Account Executive / Account Manager Main Purpose of Job:
Manage a portfolio of at least 100 clients account
Establish and maintain strong client relationships over the telephone.
Meet agreed KPIs
Account Executive / Account Manager Key Skills Required:
An in-depth understanding of the automotive retail industry new and used car sales process
Ability to interact effectively and naturally with clients and able to build rapport
Ensure that clients are maximizing the potential our video service as part of their automotive sales process
Manage expectations of all stakeholders by excellent communication through verbal, written and email methods
Production of monthly status reports for all clients
Handling new dealer implementation and roll out
Be adept at troubleshooting and problem solving
Respond to requests from the Account Director in an efficient and timely manner
Monitor performance against budget, identifying and addressing shortfalls.
The successful Account Executive / Account Manager will be flexible and adaptable with a great deal of willingness to go above and beyond the specific role of the job. They should be experienced, numerate and have a high degree of self motivation.
