General Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the management of designated client accounts. Provided customer service, ensures participant compliance with program requirements, prepares billing and generates and updates reports as required. Ensures that clients receive results and that all client issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Communicates with laboratories and collection sites as necessary to resolve client issues.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have excellent organization skills and work well both independently and in a team environment.
· One year general office experience preferred
· Effective verbal communication
· Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, Internet, Databases and Outlook
· High School Diploma or equivalent
