Client Accountant
Full Job Description
An urgent and immediate requirement has arisen for an experienced Client Accountant to join our client on a permanent basis based in Central London.
The main responsibilities will include:
-Billing for rent, rates and services charges
-Ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio including producing accurate accounts for clients efficiently
-Preparing and reconciling services charges including cash reconciliations
-Bank reconciliations
-Maintaining the deposit accounts
-Handling tenant, landlord and supplier queries
-Acting as the main point of contact for the client
-Meeting with clients
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or part qualified currently studying ACCA or CIMA expecting to be qualified in the next 2-3 years. You must have good knowledge of an established mainstream property accounts system and have strong excel skills which is a must.
