Primary function of this position is to facilitate client reporting functions including payroll, billing/funding, reconciliations, and to conduct quarterly audits of expense and payroll related functions. Other primary responsibilities include but are not limited to client communications, system set-up and client accounting input for client reviews.

 

Ø  1-3 years relocation expense experience is preferred;

Ø  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook;

Ø  Strong interpersonal communications skills to effectively communicate priorities to direct report manager and interact with team members, clients and other internal/external personnel to insure that team deadlines are met and that scheduling conflicts do not occur;

Ø  Ensures compliance standards are met for client funding process:

Ø  Ensures compliance standards are met for client policies, payroll reporting, reconciliation to client data/systems, tax;

Ø  Funding report deliverables to client per client schedule;

Ø  Payroll report deliverables to client per client schedule;

Ø  Quality control for expense review;

Ø  First level for communication for expense inquiries;

Ø  Interface with internal consultants and operations managers for issue resolution;

Ø  Liaise between external partners and operations;

Ø  Communicates changes to internal and offshore teams for client policy changes/updates;

Ø  Strong understanding of tax law as it relates to relocation, payroll tax withholdings and gross up methods;

Ø  Strong analytical and problem solving skills to compare data against client policy to insure accuracy and identify weakness¡¦ to either solve the problem or make recommendations to manager to resolve issues;

Ø  Detail oriented to perform quarterly expense audits and to insure that payroll and funding information being reported to client is accurate;

Ø  Strong planning and time management skills to be able to set priorities and to insure effective management of job functions.
