Client Advisor & Administrative Assistant – Central London recruitment

Position Description:

This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment requiring a high degree of professionalism, organization, and detail orientation, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

The following key activities are included in the role:

-Work with advisors gathering information on clients, profiling them according to the compliance procedure

-Update portfolio allocations on excel spreadsheet and on our web based platform

-Process expense reports through the internal accounting system in a timely and organized manner

-Reconcile monthly expenses with credit card statements

-Process companies invoices

-Deal with accountant, auditor, compliance consultant

-Produce client portfolio reporting

-Enter client meeting notes and update our client relationship database

-Create and maintain folders with client portfolio information that advisors use to prepare for meeting presentations

-Manage client telephone calls and respond to requests

-Create follow up correspondence for clients and consultants

-Office admin and management

Position Requirements:

We are looking for an extremely organized and driven candidate, willing to be part of a small team of entrepreneurs.

-Previous administrative experience supporting executives.

-Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. Bloomberg terminal basic understanding preferred but not required

-Must possess strong English written and verbal communication skills, including telephone management and the ability to write emails. Italian basic understanding would be beneficial but not a deal breaker

-College degree is preferred but not required
