Client Advisor Assistant recruitment
Key contribution areas include:
1.Application of tools and processes: Using tools and processes in the efficient management of client portfolios and standardized handling of day-to-day business.
2.Assisting client support: Liaising with clients internally and externally, dealing with less complex client requests and supporting Client Advisors before and after client meetings.
3.Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely delivery: Requiring coordination with other functional areas and proactive involvement in troubleshooting.
4.Management queries/ad hoc situations: Managing queries/ad hoc situations within required timeframes and quality standards.
5.Support and consulting: Advising, supporting and coaching colleagues, line managers, specialists and project managers to products, services, processes and results.
6. Ensuring client-related and organizational administrative processes through accurate and efficient support and services.
7. Acting as an intermediary to other service providers, such as WMO IT.
8. Point of entry for dealing with client inquiries and trouble shooting for optimal support service delivery.
Key qualifications include:
1. Suitable educational background, with a college degree.
2.Organizational skills and detail orientation.
3. Basic understanding of financial markets products.
4. A team player.
5. Good communications and project management skills.
6. Hold the required securities professional license; if not, the ability to obtain the required license during the initial months of employment, prior to Q1 2007.
