Client Advisor Assistant recruitment

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintenance of Strategic Partnerships Team (SPT) and end client database.

• Support the SPT business by assisting the growth and maintenance of new and existing SP/Client relationships.

• Assist in the preparation of SP and client pitches.

• Supporting the client adviser in the training of SP and SP staff.

• Account opening, payments, fixed deposits, foreign exchange business, stock market orders and alternative investment applications.

• Liaising with internal and external service providers to ensure timely execution/resolution of client requests/queries.

• Implementation of internal and external directives and guidelines in daily business transactions; monthly reporting, such as Client Advisor revenues and adhoc client valuations.

• On the job training of less experienced staff.

• Reviewing, recommending and implementing new processes in your field of expertise; acting in the role of an intermediary to other service providers, including settlements, legal, compliance and payments departments.

Requirements

• Exposure to the IFA Market

• Life Company background with Sales Support and Administration experience.

• Experience in the UK Financial Services industry ideally within a Front Office environment;

• History of client interaction.

• A first-rate communicator, both orally and written.

• Able to maintain a professional approach at all times;

• Conscientious self starter, who is proactive, detail-oriented and able to multi-task and excel when working both in a team and independently;

• Technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level).
