Client Advisor French & English Job in Barcelona, Catalonia Spain
Role Purpose:
Contacts businesses by phone and other social media in order to produce, grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads. Creates customers needs and generates demand based on the value of Fujitsu products and needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Represents the company in a positive and professional manner.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to lead-generating campaigns.
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Required Education and Experience:
. Bachelor degree in business, sales and or marketing or acquired level through business experience.
. Technologies Knowledge.
. First sales o telesales experience in a business-to-business environment.
. Speaker French and English profiency
