Client Advisor — High Net Worth recruitment

Typically manages a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients with a total of less than $50 MM in Assets Under Management.

Minimum Requirements: 

Undergraduate degree with 6 years of sales and client management experience in the Wealth Services industry. Demonstrates Excellent investment knowledge and the ability to discuss tax and financial planning issues with client including multi-generational estate planning concepts. Has basic credit knowledge to work with Credit Advisor(s) to deliver medium to complex credit solutions. Possesses solid Deposit/General Banking knowledge to personally or with support from appropriate specialists, deliver bank products such as deposits, credit cards, mortgages, etc to assigned clients. Very strong to excellent knowledge of all wealth management products and services. Very strong sales and client management sales skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services and very strong to excellent Client Service Skills. Assertive in asking for business, developing leads and developing referral sources which includes Centers of Influence. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Well organized and flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. 

Maintain proper licences including Series 7, Series 66, Insurance licenses.  Must obtain CFP designation or equivalent within 24 months of assuming position. 

Preferred Requirements: Word, Excel and Power Point skills. Prior basic credit experience. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. 1-3 years experience working with this client segment as a Client Advisor.
