A global professional services firm requires an exceptional client focused/account manager to join our team. The firm is at an exciting time in their growth and expansion and is looking for a candidate who has initiative, is resourceful, innovative and is passionate about what they do. The post holder is responsible for building, maintaining and growing relationships with the firm's client base and their core objective is to ensure their experience is nothing less than exceptional.
The post holder is the primary contact point both pre and post-sale working with the client throughout the implementation of the firm's suite of solutions. They will take hands- on approach throughout the following stages: demos, systems integration, configuration, testing, training and troubleshooting. Post implementation they are responsible for managing the client at both an operational and strategic level to ensure client satisfaction. This is a customer facing role and the candidate must have excellent communication and presentational skills. We are a global firm and the post holder must be able to work outside office hours, travel and if required, be away from home for periods of time.
To be considered for this role you will be a graduate and have previous experience of working in an account management or client focused role and have the ability to communicate with confidence to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholder's with well-developed project management and organisational skills. Candidates who have worked with clients within a product demonstration or direct training role will be highly favoured.
