Client Analyst
My client is a Leading Investment Management House that are currently looking to recruit in there Operations area for a high profile role in their client management group.
The Client Management Group is responsible for receiving and managing orders from institutional clients and organising the downstream order and settlement processes between clients, fund managers, custodians and transfer agents.
The Associate will play a pivotal part of the team and will be responsible for a numerous of functions within the team. One of the key objectives of the team is to ensure the order process from a client perspective is completely smooth, will also have responsibilities to manage the automated order solutions via Swift and EMX and help to take on more clients on these platforms.
Responsibilities: -
· Receive client order instructions, interpret and translate into the order management system within the appropriate deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy
· Execute all required settlements to ensure client accounts are not overdrawn (in line with client requests)
· Maintain effective working relationships with our third party administrators and all internal contacts
· Respond to client/third party/internal queries in a timely fashion to ensure all queries are resolved within the appropriate time frame
· Work closely with the team to ensure all the daily team activities are completed on a daily basis Participate as required in testing requirements for both GCOM, Swift and EMX systems
Essential skills required: -
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Takes ownership of queries/issues and sees them through to resolution.
· Experience within the fund management industry.
· IMC or IOC qualification an advantage
