Client and Book Data Programme Engagement Manager recruitment

The Client and Book Data Engagement programme manager acts as the single point of contact with the business and business support functions, to control the pipeline of new initiatives which will require input or impact the Global Client and Book Data Services team.

Ensures all projects on the Client and Book Data book of work are properly initiated, managed, resourced, budgetted and socialised amongst the business, operational and technology teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ensures the interdependencies of the Client and Book Data programmes are understood, proactively managed and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Reviews and ensures that all new project requests meet the minimum acceptance criteria standards before inclusion in the Client Book Data Book of Work.

Works with the Global Client and Book  Data Services project team to deliver successfully across the full project lifecycle from idea creation through to post project review. Ensures strong scope control on all Client and Book Data projects.

Works collaboratively with IT and Operations Engineering to develop, monitor and execute project plans and coordinate timely execution of major milestones, approvals, sign-offs and implementation.

Monitors progress of project status, milestones, achievements and budgetary standing for operations. Ensures resolution and/or effective escalation of issues within Global Client and Book Data Services and Operations Engineering.

Manages priorities and issues across Global Client and Book Data Services, mediating and resolving conflicts to develop strong cross team cooperation.

Identifies plans and negotiates for suitable resource levels to meet business and budget objectives.

Takes an approach to risk management of projects, identifying and clearing obstacles and issues impacting project delivery.

Reports project status in line with accepted governance requirements to the agreed set of stakeholders through periodic communications as agreed at inception.

Demonstrates financial accountability to the Head of European Operations, International Operations, Operations Engineering and Global Product Heads.

• Role will interact with Head of Global Client Data Services, Head of Client Data Technology, Global AML Compliance teams, Front Office, other Functions and Operations partners to deliver client data programme.EDUCATION /OR EXPERIENCERequired 

• Very good knowledge of Reference Data and more particularly Client Reference Data

• Knowledge of programme and project management tools, techniques and processes

 Preferred

• Degree qualified
