Client API Integration Associate recruitment

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

•  Support established integration process and make recommendations for improvement

•  Assist customers to implement STP solutions using the MarkitSERV Client API

•  Respond as required to customer inquiries in the pre-production environment and coordinate resolution with appropriate resources across multiple functional and geographical teams

•  Support and assist strategic initiatives to roll out new functionality

•  Write, revise, and edit client education, user, administrative, sales demo scripts and support materials

•  Co-ordinate external Integration working groups as required
