We are currently seeking a Client Applicant Support Specialist to join the CompuPay family. The Client Applicant Support Specialist is r
esponsible for providing phone support to an assigned client base utilizing the proprietary software. Respond to all client inquiries in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Manage and maintain assigned client base and deliver a high degree of customer service that will result in customer satisfaction and client retention. Research and respond to all internal communications in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Provides payroll, software, and technical phone support to an assigned client base through telephone and email communications and/or onsite visits.
- Manages client communication and documentation through the use of client notes or CRM system and provides timely and accurate follow up on open client support issues
- Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Researches client’s payroll and system errors and provides timely resolutions for all clients.
- Responsible for client support issues regarding software version updates and installation questions (PC Installed Clients)
- Participates in departmental meetings and branch meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas and develop knowledge and skills
- Is responsible for monitoring and integrating Time clock and other interfaces and problem resolution on existing clients.
- Responsible for delivering world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years in a customer service environment
- Ability to support and troubleshoot client issues in via heavy phone interaction
- Experience with technical customer support/training is highly desired but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to grasp technical concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of payroll taxes, payroll tax returns, and company products preferred
- Ability to work extended hours on a daily basis to meet production/service needs of business.
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as requested during peak periods, quarter end and year end.
- Ability to travel to Compupay’s branch offices for training.
