Client Billing Analyst III
Associates in this role work autonomously to review contract setup, process invoices, and resolve issues. As problems arise, they must manage their workload; collaborate with business partners on plan issues, ranging from associate level to senior management. Use good judgment make recommendations on follow-up involving legal and compliance issues as they relate to fees. Assist in resolution of risk issues, while providing good financial stewardship on behalf of Fidelity.
Primary Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the invoicing of all DB, DBS, HW, and some Strategic DC plans, along with the set up of clients contracts.
- Process the monthly and quarterly invoice cycle preparation and billing for Health Welfare, Defined Benefits, DB Solutions.
- Assist in the quarterly invoice billing for some DC clients
- Perform timely contractual fee agreement setup in partnership with Client Billing Set up Team
- Perform fee uploads, research resolution of invoice rejections/exceptions
- Maintain multi-practice, customer focus while providing accurate, complete and timely invoices and/or information to external internal customers
- Process approved Guardian requests and give guidance to the business on the Guardian Application
- Provide reporting to internal customers
- Assist Account Receivables team in resolving overpayment issues and adding overpayments onto invoices
- Partner with internal customers to make continual improvements on how we invoice our clients and continual improvements to our Client Billing System.

- Comfort in handling multiple project priorities with challenging deadlines.
Education and Experience
- Operations experience; experience in financial processes a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent training plus overall experience of 7-9 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience influencing all levels of organization.
- Strong Microsoft Office Products; Excel Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
