SUMMARY:
TradingScreen, the leading global provider of multi-broker, multi-asset trading systems to the buy-side, is accelerating the technical evolution of the financial markets by providing a fully integrated, customer-oriented trading service platform to institutional investors. The proprietary TradingScreen platform links institutional investors and sell-side firms together to facilitate order routing, algorithmic trading, execution management, clearing, and additional value-added services, such as pre-trade analysis, real straight-through-processing, post-trade analysis, and prime brokerage enabling across all asset classes. TradingScreen provides global coverage from offices in New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Geneva, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
Candidates should be a proven self-starter, be able to manage account relationships, provide a high level of customer service and have a reasonable level of technical product knowledge and either a new graduate or 1 or more years of proven experience in a relationship management / client services environment. After an initial training period in London this role is based in Geneva supporting our Swiss client base.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for a lead role in managing relationships with the company’s key clients and/or banks
- Responsible for developing account strategies, making presentations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Establish deep relationships in all areas of a client/bank organization - trading, operations and technology
- Work with Sales to identify additional opportunities for increasing volume and revenue from existing customer base
- Ensure the firm maximizes trading volume from existing customers
- Achieve defined targets of volume and adoption of new products
- Develop customized solutions for client trading, workflow and STP requirements
- Identify new product or functionality enhancements to address client/bank needs
- Involved in internal testing and rollout of new products and functionality
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
The RM must be experienced in one or more of the following:
- Relationship Management preferably with a background that crosses multiple asset classes
- The candidate must be a highly professional, self-motivated and organized individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets; must be willing to travel.
- Key areas of competence are: Relationship Management, Client Services, E-trading, ECN’s, Business Process Management, Workflow, and Project Management, FIX.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- The company seeks high energy, motivated professionals to compliment our Relationship Management Teams in New York and London.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Management information System (MIS) data manipulation and interpretation
LANGUAGES:
- French, English and German to a business level (written spoken)
EDUCATION:
Engineering or Finance orientated Bachelor's (BA/BS or University degree) degree or equivalent preferable
