My client, a respected law firm with offices across Yorkshire, is looking to add to their Goole-based Clinical Negligence Department by recruiting a client care advisor to act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
Your primary role will be to liaise directly with potential new clients, obtaining accurate data regarding medical negligence claims, and handling queries and requests in a courteous and professional manner. Given the nature of the role, having an understanding of legal or medical terminology would be desirable, but is not essential.
A strong customer focus as well as the desire to deliver excellent client care would be considered prerequisites for this vacancy, and would suit either an LLB graduate or a candidate with previous customer-facing experience who is looking to get some experience under their belt, and perhaps take the first step towards a legal career.
This role represents an opportunity to get a foot in the door at a respected and established law firm, and would act as a stepping-stone towards future paralegal vacancies within the company.
