Client Case Researcher recruitment
Job Duties:
Responding to Central Case Manager requests to track down deliver a range of documentation types – 90%
- Co-ordinate the execution, recording and storage of documentation.
- Assist in the collation of physical and electronic data, reconciling data and highlighting anomalies, addressing where appropriate
- Work closely with distributed sales teams and co-ordinate their assistance in creating client data files
- Undertake and adhere to all compliance regulations applicable to your role
- Be aware of the implications of 'Chinese Wall' situations and ensure that legal requirements are met.
- Point of escalation and responsible for ownership and resolution of MAB / other workstreams repairs
- Escalation to command centre team leader of all issues where appropriate
Team Working 10%
- Liaise with the Heads of Team in Coverage Middle Office, providing feedback to aid performance development for other members of the Coverage Middle Office Teams
Attend team meetings and contribute to environment of mutual support by sharing knowledge with other team members

- Mobility across a given region/territory (eg across Canary Wharf buildings London or across an area such as West Midlands (different locations therein)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
Experience of Financial Services terminologies advantageous
