Client Communiations Manager recruitment

Following a restructure within the institutional client services team - a new role has been created – reporting into the Head of Institutional Client Services and working alongside the Client Services Operations manager you will take responsibility for client reporting and communications. Your role will initially be focused on reviewing the client reporting process, driving it forwards and establishing an operational efficiency. This will require a lot of hands-on, manual client reporting work initially. From this you will then create and grow a client reporting team – taking on all management responsibilities.

This is a highly influential role within the business and the perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking to make their mark on a company – taking control in this role. This would also be the ideal opportunity for somebody who is keen to move into a management role but does not yet have this experience.

To be considered for this role you will have a strong understanding of institutional client reporting and communications. You will have strong Excel skills including writing macros and VBA. Project management skills are desired but not essential.
