Client Communication RFP Manager
Our client, a relatively young Hedge Fund with over £10 billion AUM, is currently experience significant interest in its range of long-short funds. As such, they have a requirement for a Communications RFP Manager to play an integral part in successfully converting this interest into client wins. The role will primarily be RFP-focussed role but ad-hoc production of market commentary and investor communications will be called for.
Responsibilities include
- Producing high-quality RFPs tailored to individual client queries.
- Creation and input into client presentations for the sales team.
- Maintaining standard responses into the RFP database.
- Oversight of more junior members of the RFP team, although this is not a formal line management role.
- On occasion, producing market commentary for use on the firm's marketing materials and website.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior RFP role.
- Understanding of the institutional investor and consultant marketplace.
- Strong time management skills and work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments.
