CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT recruitment

Through our strategic partnerships with international and Australian fund managers, we provide investment solutions across a diverse range of asset classes including Australian and International Equities, Alternatives, Domestic and Global Property Securities and Fixed income.
Ironbark is now looking for a Client Communications Executive/Executive Assistant. This is a dual role that sits within the client communications team and also directly works for the COO performing a diverse range of tasks, including:
Client Communications:
- Providing back-up for client services call centre including: taking calls; admin support and responding to queries;
- Compiling monthly and quarterly reports to clients, platforms and research houses in a timely and accurate manner;
- Updating presentations for use internally and externally;
- Checking the accuracy of data in performance reports, presentations, and data submissions
Executive Assistant
- Coordination and management of the expense reimbursements process;
- Coordinating board and management meeting schedules, agendas and minutes;
- Coordinating take-on, induction and set-up for new employees within the Ironbark Group;
- Managing accounts payable approval process with COO and external bookkeepers;
- Diary and meeting management for company CEO and COO;
- Office facilities management ;
- Document storage and record keeping.
This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique asset management business with a large client base. Your ability to learn new things, be pro-active in your approach and deliver on tasks in a clear and concise manner will ensure that you are successful in this role. You will have strong communication and organizational skills. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry and a passion for client services.
This is a great role that enables you to use all of your client communication and administrative skills and provides you an opportunity to develop even more as you become involved in a diverse role within an asset management firm. To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
