CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT recruitment

Founded in 2009, Ironbark Asset Management is an independent provider of best in class asset management solutions and is responsible for the distribution of assets worth approximately $2b.  Through our strategic partnerships with international and Australian fund managers, we provide investment solutions across a diverse range of asset classes including Australian and International Equities, Alternatives, Domestic and Global Property Securities and Fixed income.  

Ironbark is now looking for a Client Communications Executive/Executive Assistant.  This is a dual role that sits within the client communications team and also directly works for the COO performing a diverse range of tasks, including:

This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique asset management business with a large client base.  Your ability to learn new things, be pro-active in your approach and deliver on tasks in a clear and concise manner will ensure that you are successful in this role.  You will have strong communication and organizational skills.   Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry and a passion for client services.

This is a great role that enables you to use all of your client communication and administrative skills and provides you an opportunity to develop even more as you become involved in a diverse role within an asset management firm.   To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
