Client Connectivity Manager recruitment
You will look to innovate and replicate new STP solutions, leveraging existing channels to deliver a sustainable competitive advantage, cost reductions and greater operational efficiency through automation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all trade data flow: Create, Maintain and Manage
- Will have direct accountability for the performance of straight through processing: Ability to deliver multiple streams
- Man management skills required as well as being detail oriented and process driven
- Ability to co-ordinate teams across the APAC region
- Familiarity with connectivity formats, protocols and technology required: Specifically, API messaging, FIX, FpMl and any programming experience would be beneficial
- Will work very closely with E-Commerce and IT to ensure full STP coverage: Align with project management from inception to delivery
- Will have regional responsibilities across multiple asset classes and multiple STP vendors including Reuters and Markit.
- 3-5 years experience with global bank or market data vendor required in either a Middle Office or Back Office operational role
- Familiarity in OTC and Exchange traded markets required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and client facing skills required.
- Management of on-boarding ICAPs Clients to various STP feeds, including, setup, testing and issue resolution.
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining responsive and effective in resolving any STP failures.
